Enhanced Courier is a Remote PC Retrieval and Playback software application that supports the DI RELIANT® and DI VoiceVault™. The software seamlessly integrates the recorder to a replay or console station over a standard TCP/IP Local Area or Wide Area Network. Functionality includes retrieval, review and distribution of recorded calls remotely over a network. Retrieved messages are converted to .WAV files supporting local file storage, local duplication or attachment to email messages.

Enhanced Courier allows both simultaneous, multi-user access to a common recorder and access of multiple recorders by a specific user. Replay of audio occurs through DI's unique xStreamAUDIO process, amplified multimedia speakers or a telephone. Remote access will also accommodate Live Monitor, Instant Recall Playback and Search. Search criteria can be by date/time, channel, DTMF, Caller ID, ANI, Sequential Index and Wildcard search. All of the advanced features in Investigator Suite are available in Courier. With Courier, you can create libraries of trapped and linked calls with notes and reports capability to document events.
