The DI-930 is a ruggedized 8 to 16 channel digital audio recorder that uses a DAT drive to archive audio. It has a removable hard drive to provide Instant Recall capability allowing the user to playback recently recorded audio. It is a half rack configuration (8.5"W X 22"D X 5.25"H) and weighs 24 lbs. The recorder runs on 115/230 VAC or 28 VDC power. The format of the recorded data is software selectable as either proprietary Dynamic Instruments format or the government's "Tapedancer Logical Data Format" (TLDF) standard.
