Advanced "easy-to-use" functionality has been added to Courier for Reliant making it the most powerful replay software package available. Courier for Reliant allows users to listen to 64 audio channels of "real time" monitoring of events as they unfold or 64 channels of "simultaneous" playback to clarify the sequence of related events. Speed up/slow down is a new feature that offers users the choice of rapidly going through files when looking for a "specific file" or to slow down an audio file allowing the user to listen to more of the "details" in a file. Loop calls provides users the convenience to play a selected segment over and over to focus on specific phrases to clarify audio events. Attach audio as a .wav file to e-mail or authenticate cassette copies with a spoken date, time and channel voice stamp, the choice is yours.

Courier for Reliant allows both simultaneous, multi-user access to a common recorder and access of multiple recorders by a specific user. Search criteria can be by call classication definitions, inbound/outbound, date/time, channel, DTMF, Caller ID, MF, ANI, Index number, Duration, Lock Status and Wildcard search. All of the advanced features in Investigator Suite are available in Courier for Reliant. With Courier for Reliant, you can create libraries of trapped and linked calls with notes and reports capability to document events.
