Our software solutions emphasize powerful tools to locate, retrieve, duplicate and distribute calls from any remote multimedia Windows PC. These applications include recorder access and configuration control, instant recall, media replay, report generation and systems integrity.

Security is both robust and simplistic. All desktop software applications use the recorder's security system configuration to define levels of approved access. User rights are defined once and stored in the recorder module. Users can then access the system via either the recorder console or from any of the remote desktop software applications without the need to replicate passwords and/or access parameters.
